Her Health is an app made by PadCare Labs and TPG Fitness, together. This page explains what happens to the information you put into it. The short version: it stays on your phone, and we do not collect it.
What the app keeps
When you use Her Health, you may enter your name, age, height, weight, state and district, how long your cycle and period usually are, when your periods start and end, how you feel each day (symptoms, pain and notes), the answers to the PCOS screening, and a profile photo.
All of this is saved only on your phone, inside the app. We do not have an account system, we do not run a server for this app, and we cannot see your information.
What we do not do
- We do not collect, upload or sell your information.
- We do not share it with anyone, including advertisers.
- We do not show ads and we do not use analytics or tracking tools.
- We do not ask you to sign in or make an account.
Camera, photos and notifications
- Camera and photo library: only used if you choose to add a profile photo. The photo stays on your phone.
- Saving reports: the cycle report and the PDF are made on your phone. They are saved to your Photos or Files only when you tap Download or Save. Sharing a report with your doctor or anyone else is your choice.
- Notifications: reminders (before your period, around ovulation, and for supplements) are scheduled on your phone. They do not use a server.
Chat
The Chat tab in this version of the app is not connected to any service, and nothing you type there leaves your phone. If that changes in a future version, we will update this page first and ask for your permission before any of your information is sent anywhere.
Deleting your information
You can change your profile, periods and symptoms inside the app, and delete reports from History. To remove everything, delete the app from your phone. Because we do not have your information, we cannot recover it for you, so make sure you have saved any report you want to keep.
Health information
Her Health is for tracking and information only. It is not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice or diagnose anything. Please talk to a doctor about any health concern.
Children
Her Health is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this page
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
