Cancelling an order
Before dispatch you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Write to us and we will confirm the cancellation.
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. A kiosk that has been delivered and installed cannot be cancelled either; see returns below.
Returning a T_Block
A T_Block can be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the price paid.
Return shipping is yours to arrange and pay for, unless the device arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.
Returning a kiosk
The Smart Kiosk is built and installed for your gym, so it cannot be returned because you changed your mind.
If it arrives damaged, or a defect appears, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair it, replace the affected part, or replace the unit. Defects found later are handled under the 6 month warranty in our Terms & Conditions.

item, photographs. We reply within one working day.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Expect the money within 7 to 10 working days of approval; how quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.
We refund the price you paid. Any amount already spent on site visits or installation work carried out at your request is deducted, and we tell you the figure before processing.
