This website and the products sold through it are operated by TPG Fitness Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India (CIN U86900ME2026PTC475464), with its registered office at Flat No. 21, Gut No. 243, Shivsai Nagar, Taroda BK, Nanded, Maharashtra 431605, India.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to the purchase of our products: the TPG Smart Kiosk and T_Block. By placing an order you accept them.
Use of the TPG Fitness mobile app is covered separately by our Privacy Policy.
Quotations and orders
The kiosk is sold per gym, so prices are given in a written quotation rather than listed on this site. A quotation states the price, taxes, delivery and anything included such as installation.
An order exists only once we have accepted it in writing and payment has been received. We may decline an order, in which case any amount paid is returned in full.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or bank details are handled by Razorpay and its partner banks; we never see or store them.
Prices and taxes are as stated in your quotation. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may hold the order until it is settled.
Delivery and installation
We deliver within India. Expect 4 to 6 weeks from a confirmed order, with installation of a kiosk arranged with you. The full terms are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Warranty
The Smart Kiosk carries a 6 month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and component failure in normal gym use. We repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
T_Block is sold without a warranty. It can be returned unused within 7 days under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Neither covers accidental damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected by anything written here.
Using the site
The text, images, designs and software on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the services behind it.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, in working condition. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost membership revenue or gym downtime, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nanded, Maharashtra.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above always shows the current version, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when we accepted it.
