Where we deliver
We deliver within India only. We do not ship internationally.
How long it takes
The Smart Kiosk: 4 to 6 weeks from a confirmed order. Each unit is finished and tested before it leaves us, which is most of that time.
T_Block: dispatched within 7 working days of a confirmed order, once the product is released for sale.
We tell you the dispatch date as soon as it is fixed, and again when the item leaves.
Charges
Delivery charges, and installation where it applies, are stated in your quotation before you pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
Installation
A kiosk is delivered and set up on your gym floor by arrangement, on a date agreed with you. Someone from the gym needs to be present, and the spot needs mains power and Wi-Fi.
If something is delayed
If a delivery will miss the window we quoted, we tell you and give a new date. You may cancel for a full refund while the order has not been dispatched.
Delays outside our control, such as transport strikes, natural events or component shortages, extend the dates by the time lost.
